Abuse Policy
If you encounter any content on Qtrainers that appears to violate our Terms of Service, please don't hesitate to report it. We treat all reports seriously and are dedicated to conducting a thorough investigation for each potential violation. Once you've submitted a report, we'll promptly review the matter and take appropriate action. We'll reach out to you only if additional details are needed or if there are updates to share. In cases where we find that the reported instance does not qualify as a violation, we may close the report without providing a response. Your vigilance contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment for everyone on Qtrainers.
Types of Abuse
We've categorized different forms of abuse into the following groups:
Spam, Malware and Phishing – Users are prohibited from using Qtrainers Services for the transmission of "junk mail," "spam," or engaging in "phishing" activities, which involve the unsolicited mass distribution of emails. An example of a phishing attempt is an email requesting you to reveal your credit card number to be eligible for a prize amount.
Promotes Hatred, Violence or Illegal/Offensive Activities– Qtrainers strictly forbids the transmission or publishing of any content that (i) is unlawful, illegal, promotes racism, or advocates discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity, and (ii) engages in actions such as defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, or any other infringement upon the privacy and legal rights of others.
Sexually Explicit Material– Sexually explicit materials are those materials that contain adult or mature content. We do not authorize users to publish or transmit sexually explicit material using Qtrainers Services.
Child Exploitation– We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on content that exploits children. Any user discovered sharing or publishing child abuse content will have their accounts terminated. Additionally, we will promptly report both the content and its owner to law enforcement authorities.
Personal and Confidential Information – The use of Qtrainers services to publish personal and confidential information of individuals that is not publicly accessible without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Examples of such information include full names, phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, credit card details, government-issued identification card details, and bank information.
Copyright infringement– Copyright infringement occurs when a Qtrainers user, other than the copyright holder, copies the "expression" of a work. If you find that your work has been subject to copyright infringement by a Qtrainers user, we will take the necessary actions outlined here.
Other Violations– If you believe there's a violation that doesn't align with the categories mentioned earlier, you can utilize this option to report it in detail. Please provide a thorough description of the violation so that we can take the necessary and appropriate actions.
