Complaint Procedure
If you believe that content on any Qtrainers services has infringed upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, kindly contact our appointed representative, providing the following information:
- The signature, whether in electronic or physical form, of an individual authorized to represent the owner of the allegedly infringed copyright or intellectual property right.
- A comprehensive description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you assert has been subjected to infringement.
- Clear identification of the specific material you claim to be infringing, including detailed information about its location, and preferably, the URL where such infringing material can be found.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address (if available), to facilitate communication.
- A statement affirming your good-faith belief that the use of the alleged infringing material is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A sworn statement, made under penalty of perjury, verifying the accuracy of the information provided and confirming your authorization to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
To ensure the effectiveness of your notice containing the aforementioned information, kindly forward it to our appointed representative for handling claims of copyright and intellectual property rights infringement. You can email us at support@qtrainers.com.
Be aware that making a knowingly false representation about the infringement of any material or activity may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act.
Procedure for Responding to Allegations
If you're a subscriber and you believe that material you posted on any of the Qtrainers services has been wrongly removed, please get in touch with our designated representative, providing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material you posted that was removed or had access disabled, along with its previous location before removal or disabling.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, expressing your good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or incorrect identification.
- Your name, address, email, and telephone number, accompanied by a declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court overseeing the location of QTRAINERS' service provider, and you agree to accept service of process from the person who notified the infringement or their agent.

Please be aware that intentionally misrepresenting the removal of material or disabling of activity due to a mistake or misidentification may lead to liability under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act. Additionally, please note our policy of terminating the accounts of subscribers who engage in repeated infringement of copyright or other third-party rights.
